Dear Sir,
I had made a complaint towards the amount of Rs. 1860/- being debited through my account but not credited to the Merchants account. Order ID Order ID 421352MRGAXQC[protected] on dt. 25 Dec 2016.
I tried a lot to call your customer care but unfortunately could not connect on the phone.
Regarding the complaint ticket number every time I register complaint I get a new number. I have been waiting for the executives to contact me but I have been banging my head with the walls.
I request you to kindly refund my Rs. 1860/- as the matter is nearing to fourth week.
I often promote your site to my friends and relative but I have been told that your competitors are offering us better offers but even then we being your loyal customers prefer to go with free charge only.
But if, we get this type of services the I along with my friends and family members will have to think before going with Freecharge.
I have not received any confirmation from your side since in last during 15 days.
I have been waiting since so many days for the reply but I have not received any reply. Every time I raise the request every time I get a new ticket number.
On 12-jan-2017 I got the Ticket number 854387 & 854384
On 13th Jan 2017 I got the ticket numbers as 868702 & 868703.
I wish that I get the money at the earliest or else I will have to file a case of cheating against the site and have write in the reviews as not to use Freecharge.
I have been using PayTm but have never faced any problem for such a long time.
I think I have trusted PayTm over yours. I have to make so much of shopping but my virtual card is missing so the amount has also vanished.
I request you to kindly expedite the matter and oblige.
