[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — I am complaining about refund not credited in my PNB bank account

I had done a electricity bill payment on[protected] via free charge but the transaction was failed and freecharge initiated my refund but the refund is credited in my account yet. Free charge provided me a RRN number[protected] please help me in this.
