I have recharge 110rs for my bsnl prepaid mobile [protected](kolkata circle) via freecharge wallet at 22thNov 2016 at 9.23pm ... the amount has been deducted but the recharge was not successful ...I didn't recive the amount as a refund from freecharge wallet ... my orderid from freecharge was SDVM[protected] ... I contact freecharge several times but didn't recive the refund ..now I am helpless pls help me regarding this issuee... thanx
