[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money not refunded even though transaction failed

Hi,
I recharged my Tata Play DTH through freecharge app but the transaction failed and even after more than 7 days i have not received the refund I rechrged on[protected], Moreover, i mailed customer care but there was no follow up though the ticket was raised.

Please help me.
