Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — My amount not refunded | |||||
I wanted to add rs 1000 and rs 10 in my freecharge account but the money has been deducted from my bank account but not added in my FreeCharge account and it was suppose be refunded but it has not been refunded yet.the transaction was done on 09.12.2016 and still my amount has not refunded. i have been complaining so many times . nor there any of the customer care no. is correct. They always reply back we regret about the transaction but then no action is taken and then no response from them. I have attached the mini statement. There is two transactions on 9.12.2016 .
