[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — No refund received

On 12/10/2020 I did top-up of Rs.220 to BSNL mobile [protected] using my freecharge account (phone no. [protected]). The money got debited from my SBI bank account but top-up not received. That is actually because validity was over by that time in the BSNL number. But later when I contacted freecharge I can reach only upto automated response system which mentioned that the said amount should enter in my wallet within 7 days. But it did not happen.
Please look into the matter and help me. I am using freecharge for long time and if this continues I am afraid I have to think twice before using freecharge from now on. Kindly look into the matter.
