[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Non refund of wallet balance | |
I paid Rs 378 from UPI and Rs 508 from the wallet for an LPG booking with FC transaction id OCLCIL[protected] on 27 Aug 2021. Freecharge refund the UPI payment on 01/09/2021. But I DID NOT GET THE REFUND OF WALLET DEDUCTION TILL NOW. I have contacted customer care many times but, I never saw such harassing customer care. They did nothing.
