[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — not returning my cashback from purplle

Hi there.

I had filed a return for my order via purplle which was if amount 1043. They returned that to my freecharge account. But still i can not use it because they reflect in my account but want a confirmation. I couldn't connect via mail as i signed up from fb account and i do not remember the password of my old email i'd.
I mean, seriously???
Can't you just call and take the confirmation?? And also you got no cc service?? What are you thieves?

I was hoping to get an immediate response and would to know the status at earliest. But got no response and my money's still stuck in my account.

I tried resetting my id. It doesn't work. You agent logged in to change password and told me that it is reflected in my wallet but when I re logged in, I found nothing.
It again been a month and it's still not received.
