[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — not returning my cashback from purplle

Hi there.

I had filed a return for my order via purplle which was if amount 1043. They returned that to my freecharge account. But still i can not use it because they reflect in my account but want a confirmation. I couldn't connect via mail as i signed up from fb account and i do not remember the password of my old email i'd.
I mean, seriously???
Can't you just call and take the confirmation?? And also you got no cc service?? What are you thieves?

I was hoping to get an immediate response and would to know the status at earliest. But got no response and my money's still stuck in my account.

Updated by Aarti Poddar I tried resetting my id. It doesn't work. You agent logged in to change password and told me that it is reflected in my wallet but when I re logged in, I found nothing.
It again been a month and it's still not received.
