I paid the bsnl bill through freecharge on november 27. But the amount is not credited to bsnl, and it showing processing on my tranction in freecharge account. Already i compliant about this issue, they told me to credited with in 48 hours. But still it is not credited to bsnl or back to my account. I am very disappoint ing about your service. The ticket number is ticket # 1865118.
