[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — processing recharge

On 7 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through upi. The amount 459 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Within 3 hours recharge amount should be refunded but i didn't get that. Still recharge is under processing. I am requesting for refund of 459 /-
