Hello Sir, On 20th Oct 2018, I had recharged Airtel number [protected] with Rs.399/- from www.freecharge.in website.I have received a ccavenue order receipt on my mail id.But the recharge has not been done.The amount of Rs.399 has been debited from my HDFC credit card account.Kindly revert my money or get the recharge done immediately. Free charge stating transaction is success but operator stating no recharge done. I have recharged my idea Ph. No. [protected] with Rs. 145/- firstly and Rs.199/- secondly on 05/11/2018 through netbanking from my SBI account. Both recharges were failed due to unknown reasons. Kindly return my money.
