Mobile recharge is not done but double payment debited from my a/c i made online payment through freecharge.in for airtel prepaid mobile recharge and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by pnb bank
Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

As per our records the transaction (order ID FCVA[protected] &FCVA[protected] ) was unsuccessful. We also verified the same with our payment partner & confirmed that the funds were not received at their end.

Since the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact your bank with regards to this transaction and quote this number for reference (PG ID LPMP[protected] & LPMP[protected] & PG Name: BDK)

Plz solved my problem, , I have recharged my jio number with 399 rupees, but the recharge is not successful, , so plz solved this problem or refund my money as early as possible

I made online recharge through you to SBI netbanking amounting to Rs.199/- the amount has been immeditaly debited in my account.After that i recieve your sms that transaction failed and you stated that we have saved your details. Please take necessary action immediately
