Sir, I have done the recharged to my BSNL No. on 22.12.2016. It shows the amount has been recharged and the transaction was successful. But the amount was not recharged . Even the bill from freecharge site was showing. I got an SMS that If your amount was dropped from your account then it will be refunded in 5 to 7 days. The amount was dropped from my Indian overseas account. Kindly refund the amount Rs. 1600. My order id is FCLW[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
