Respected Sir/ Madam
I Have added a sum of RS 700 in my freecharge wallet..but the same has not been credited in my freecharge wallet ...but yes it has been debited from my bank account...they said that they have send me an auto refund of rs 700 on 22/11/16..which i think they are making fool to us..and asking me to wait for 2-3 days more...
The transaction was done from my part was on 21 nov, 16.

Updated by Rosy Jain The bank has said no refund amount is generated from this website freecharge and same amount has still pending...this is the not the fault of bank but it is the fault of this website...please consider this matter serious as i have not get my refund of rs 700 from any of the side..I just want my refund..that's solve...the complaint is still unresolved..no steps has been taken from the freecharge site...All this do a fake explanation...
