I have placed an online order for cell recharge of 495 rupees; 88 rupees got deducted from my bank account(united bank of india) but I have not received any balance yet. I had rechrged towards BSNL network. Please look in the matter. I want refund my amount. the details of the order is as follow:ORDER DETAILS:

We regret for the delay for your recent transaction.

As per our records the transaction with order ID FCVW[protected] and FCVW[protected] is successful against the operator ID [protected] and [protected], however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction.

The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
