[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — rs 2930 debited from the wallet but payment not done

I made payment for my BSES Rajdhani bill amounting to Rs

2930 from my freecharge wallet. The amount was debited but

the payment not done stating that the payment is in

"processing state". I made the payment through Freecharge as

BSES Rajdhani itself recommends Freecharge. Rs 2930 is a

huge amount. Freecharge customer care is not responding.

The transactionID was FCEA[protected]

I have written emails to them and their replies are inconsistent. In an earlier reply, they said that they would refund in the wallet within 24 hours. More than 24 hours have passed by, but no refund. Now they say that the refund would be done into my bank account/card number in 7 working days. On one hand, they say that as per their policy, FreeCharge never asks for bank details from a customer. The debit took place from the wallet and not from the bank. So, how can the refund be done to the bank? Sir, it is my hard earned money which has no meaning for Freecharge. Pl get it refunded else I would be put to some desperation.
