Main is ke regarding phele bhi kahi bar complaint kiya hu but mujhe kuch resolution nahi mila hai

Mera transaction 18May ko failed hua tha jiska refund abtak nahi mila hai mujhe mujhse Freecharge ki aur se bola jata hai ki Refund initiated hogaya hai 14Jun ko main me iski complaint bhi diya tha kai bar Freecharge ko mujh Reference number alag alag provide kiya jata hai

Bank ka complaint kiya tha uska reply bhi attached kiya hai
