[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — transaction incomplete

I recharged for a number [protected] for rs.186. Though the money has been deducted from my account the recharge hasn't been done. I have received 2 messages saying the transaction is incomplete and to complete it a link was suggested, but on clicking the link the page doesn't open. I have been trying to open the same link through laptop as well but on the laptop it says the page does not exist. Kindly take note of the above situation and resolve it as soon as possible.

As per our records, the status for the recharge/bill payment with transaction ID FCVW[protected] is 'under process' from the operator's end and might take up to 48 hours for the final status update.

If you've used any promo code on this transaction, the benefits will be automatically processed once the recharge is successful. On an unlikely event of your recharge being unsuccessful, the amount will be transferred to your FreeCharge Balance/source account.

Request you to wait till the mentioned timeframe for the final recharge status.
