I recharged for a number [protected] for rs.186. Though the money has been deducted from my account the recharge hasn't been done. I have received 2 messages saying the transaction is incomplete and to complete it a link was suggested, but on clicking the link the page doesn't open. I have been trying to open the same link through laptop as well but on the laptop it says the page does not exist. Kindly take note of the above situation and resolve it as soon as possible.
