I have pay my eletricty billl with amount 5644 by net banking but my transation is failur and my bank account is debeited.. so i request to refund my balance is my bank account...

On 23/01/2017 I placed an order at dominos of Rs. 549 and payment was done through freecharge wallet app (order ID [protected])
Unfortunately order was not placed and money got deducted from freecharge wallet.
I have raised a freecharge ticket # 984716 but no one is responding.
Please take action. I want my money back.

I have booked a ticket in abhibus on 18th december 2016 and my journey was on[protected].I have booked the ticket through freecharge and i should get money in to my wallet
