[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Unable to transfer amount to bank account

Hi,
I had added some amount to my freecharge account around 10-15 days back . I tried transferring the amount to my bank. But the system is not allowing me to transfer. Please transfer back the added amount to my credit card account at the earliest. Do the needful at the earliest.

I had added the amount on 2nd jan 2017. when can i transfer the amount to bank account. How many days the amount will be locked ? Other wise please transfer back tthe amount to my rspective credit card account at the earliest. DO the needful.

We understand the trouble you might have faced due to this error and deeply regret for the same.
We have now reported the same to our designated team as we have an internal mechanism to address such issues.
We appreciate your patience and request you to please wait for 24 hours and try initiating refund from your FreeCharge Balance to bank account.
Please follow the below steps to transfer amount to your bank account.
1) Sign in to your FreeCharge account.
2) Click on "Account" tab to add bank details.
3) Click on "transfer to bank" tab to withdraw money to bank account.
