Dear team my registered contact number with freecharge is [protected]. I have added money in freecharge app but due to some reasoni want withdraw it.. But couldn't do so when it was working properly. But this time they have asked me to wait for "45 days". Why i should wait for 45 days. Dear consumer help team please help me as i am urgent need of money.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 25, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Thank you for writing in!We acknowledge your concern regarding the withdrawal of wallet amount to your bank. Withdraw to bank account functionality is temporarily suspended for some accounts due to technical upgrades planned with our banking partners. Withdraw functionality would be fully functional within next 2-3 weeks. Withdrawal to bank account will be allowed post 45 days of adding amount to the wallet (install latest FreeCharge APP). This includes add cash, P2P, refund/reversal to wallet (excludes cashback). Kindly note that 45 days is calculated from the date of wallet amount added/refunded from any source. You can continue to use the wallet amount for all your day to day payment needs right from recharges/bill payments/utilities and shop and pay at 4 lakhs merchant outlets we are live with. Note : Withdrawal option is available only for website, M-site & latest version of android users. Do write to us for any further queries. While withdrawal is allowed from 45 days of adding the amount to the wallet, we do have an option to refund the amount to the source account. Please note this includes only add cash and excludes P2P, refund/reversal or cashback. Upon your confirmation, we can initiate a refund/reverse to the source. It would take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account/ credit card. Do confirm from the registered email id if you wish to go ahead with refund of the wallet amount to source. | |||||
