[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Unable to withdraw money to bank | |||
I have sent them several mails but every time i receive the same old auto-generated replies. They stopped the withdrawal to bank service without any prior notification and now they are saying you can only withdraw after 45 days. I feel cheated. I cannot afford to have 5k rupees in my freecharge wallet, also in my area nobody accepts freecharge. This is causing me great inconvenience please return my money to my bank account. We understand that you are unable to withdraw the wallet amount. We do have an option to refund the amount to the source account. Please note this includes only add cash and excludes P2P, refund/reversal or cashback. Upon your confirmation, we can initiate a refund/reverse to the source. It would take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account/ credit card. Do confirm if you wish to go ahead with refund of the wallet amount to source. | |||

Please dont use freecharge.Such an useless application.Here are the problem i faced.
1.wallet refund and withdraw u cant do
2.problem in editing ur own profile
3.very limited stores to use
4.ur money will get struck many times
5.customer care they won't reply to ur mail at all
6.Noone will pick use number
