[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Unblock My account

This is regarding the issue that i was unable to login to my freecharge account. When i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked for security reason. Now i am not able to log on my snapdeal account as well. there are few money in my wallet. pls help.

"With regards to your query, on checking with our internal team, it has been confirmed that the account has been blocked due to security reasons. Hence, the account cannot be unblocked further.

Thank you for writing in.

We wish to inform you that, as a fraud prevention & security control measure, Freecharge has put in place automated transaction rules, which restricts any unwarranted misuse of your Freecharge account or credit/debit cards associated with the Freecharge account. Hence your account cannot be blocked.

We would like to inform you that we see that there is no balance in your Freecharge account. Hence we cannot transfer or refund any amount to the source.
