I have made a bill payment of my idea mobile bill on 16 nov 2016 and amount has been deducted from bank but there was no message from idea (Payment received). I think it will complete after some time. But since today (15 nov 2016) there is no payment success from idea and idea is showing by pending bill payment of first transaction success fcma [protected] 15nov 2016 09:29 a. M rs.-291& 2nd time transaction success fcma [protected] on date 15 nov 2016 o9:33 a. M rs.-291 as it was. I have dropped a mail to freecharge with invoice of bill payment but they replied me with order id which was on invoice. When i have dropped mail again, there is no response from that side. When i am checking my balance, it is showing me my last bill pending amount of 291...& i am 2times idea recharge 291& 291,

We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested.

As per our records Payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.291 and Rs.291 to your account on <[protected]> against the order ID FCMA[protected] and FCMA[protected].

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

We appreciate your patience & co-operation!

    I have done transaction to swiggy using my freecharge wallet on 11th nov.
    I have paid 165rs.. amount is deducted from my wallet but the order was failed and swiggy havn't received the amount.
    I am attaching the transaction screenshot..So check the order id from the same.
    I have already done 4-5 emails to [protected]@freecharge.com..
    But they don't respond to my mail.
    If you want money from your customers like this then you can directly beg for the same by advertising on your site..

    One more thing I want my money back or i will file a petition against you in high court

Ihave made payment by using promo code bill free for which i have only recived 60/- in my account.As i have recived rs 60 on what basis you have credited the amount.As per your code i shold have recived more money .But the refund is not according to the matter shown in the code.

When i have dropped mail again, there is no response from that side. when i am checking my balance, it is showing me my last bill pending amount of 523.51. And i have tried freecharge contact number([protected]), it is busy all the time when i tried. And another contact number([protected]) having problem that when call is picked then a loud from that side no one is to answer.
        There is no other media to contact. My last generated ticket is : Ticket # 278584.

          Money got debited from my freecharge wallet. It is supposed to pay the money to payumoney, however transaction got failed.

          ​PayU Biz, ​says that, they did not receive the money on this transaction.

          Money has not been refunded to the wallet for this failed transaction.

          Wrote to [protected]@freecharge.com multiple times, asking to refund for the failed transaction

Freecharge show that it is success and when i contacted vodafone the told me that recharge is not done on that date. I am waiting till now but today also i call them but they told me that not got money. I have not received cashback also in my wallet of freecharge. So when i will get money back

              I was trying to book Redbus ticket from Freecharge account.
              Money got deducted but ticket was not booked.
              I have already raised the ticket regarding the same. But no response since Saturday 12th Nov 2016.

                    I didn't get my wallet money added in my account after my transaction with swiggy got cancelled. None of your customer care services are available? What sort of e-comepany does this treachery. Do you wait for your customers to call your support service and only when you find out that the customer is aware of his/her money not being in the account, only then will you take action? This is some issue i have been trying to deal for quite a long time. I have mailed, all i get from the response is "we are sorry". Bloody sorry? Take some fudging action and then you can be sorry.

                      Yesterday night at 10.29pm total 900rs unauthorized recharge happened. When msg began arriving with written RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL. I immediately opened my account I was shocked to see my balance was reducing quickly with recharge sum of 300rs and 150rs randomly. I was thinking now what can I do. Then I transferred 1200rs to my another FC account . BUT please anyway try to refund my 900rs hard earned money...

                      Provide full detail of Location And Device used to use my account. My Samsung J7 is in service center. Is it misused there as My account was open in that mobile before submitting in service center...

                        I have used the code when i added 1000 rs with sbi debit card.

                        I have faith and trust on your wallet when i am proceeding with 1000 rs. I feel regret that i could have taken video footage during the process o[censored]sing the nocash promo code, so that u will not say these comments that i haven't used the code.

                        My friend got credited 10% cash back in his wallet where he used icici debit card

                        Yes, he got a message that promo codes was validated during the transaction, unfortunately i didn't got any during my transaction.

                        Please understand that we used the code, but it was not our problem if the code is not validating during the transaction.

                        We trust you, but i'm not sure whether you trust ur customers, because i do not have any proof to show you that i used the code. I knew that i have read terms and conditions and used code in promo code option only.

                        So finally you conclude that i am loading 1000 rs in the wallet with out any promo code. Thanks for your investigation on this case.

                          I tried to add 700 rupees to freecharge wallet it deducted from my bank account but yet not credited to my freecharge account..and no freecharge customer care numbers are picking the call or either some numbers are invalid..i am unable to tell my complain to anyone..my gmail id is

                          Mother[censored]ers blocked my account due ti security reasons. i added 1000 rs in wallet. suddenly i was not able to log in. mailed them 50 times, they replied one time that the account has been blocked for security reasons and they will not be able to unblock it. they simply ate my 1113 rs. [censored]s.

                            My complaint is against e-wallet providing company - FreeCharge.
                            Ticket raised with FreeCharge: 186705

                            On Tuesday, 18 Oct 2016, I added INR 9500 to my FreeCharge account which is linked with my email ID mobile number. I checked my account on 20 Oct 2016 and to my surprise it only had INR 500 present in my account. INR 9000 were missing from my account. As a general practice, I requested FreeCharge support team to give me a reason behind this fraud.
                            Following are the times on which I had written email to them and getting the same response. I have attached all the conversations in the PDF document.

                            1. First email was written on “Sat, Oct 22, 2016 at 12:04 AM”. To this I got two general responses out of which the one received on “Sat, Oct 22, 2016 at 4:33 AM” was more specific as there they mentioned the issue is forwarded to the internal team.

                            2. To the above I replied to them on “Sun, Oct 23, 2016 at 4:57 PM” asking about the update. To this I got a reply on “Sun, Oct 23, 2016 at 5:10 PM” which says the money refund was initiated on 20 Oct 2016 and I will get the money back within 5-7 bank working days.

                            3. Then I asked them why the money is refunded without any prior notice or intimation to me. This email was sent on “Sun, Oct 23, 2016 at 6:42 PM”. To this I got a reply on “Mon, Oct 24, 2016 at 11:03 AM” which was exactly same as was received in point number 2 above.

                            4. After waiting for 7 bank working days, I wrote to them again on “Fri, Oct 28, 2016 at 12:40 PM” reminding them about 28 Oct 2016 being the 7th working day. To this I got a reply which is same as received in point number 1 “Fri, Oct 28, 2016 at 8:13 PM” that they have forwarded the issue to their internal team. I still have not received any information regarding where my money was!!!

                            5. I received another email on “Sun, Oct 30, 2016 at 12:48 PM” which talks about the same non sense that they have forwarded the issue to their internal team. I was very frustrated at this moment as I do not understand how many internal teams they have which cannot even resolve one issue.

                            6. To this I responded on “Mon, Oct 31, 2016 at 10:01 PM” saying I am going to log complaint on consumer forum and if this is not resolved here then I will log an FIR against e-fraud.

                            7. To this I received another email from them on “Tue, Nov 1, 2016 at 12:17 PM” saying the refund is initiated and will get the amount in 5-7 bank working days…

                            8. I was like are they serious. Between 20 Oct 2016 and 01 Nov 2016 (both days inclusive) 8 bank working days have gone by. I do not understand of which country or planet they are counting bank working days.

                            This was the status till 01 Nov 2016. Today is 10 Nov 2016 and I still have not received my money.

                            Only response I am getting from FreeCharge is the following on daily basis:

                            "Dear Shweta,

                            Thank you for writing back.

                            We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue.

                            We have already escalated the issue to the internal team and we will update you the status at the earliest.

                            We appreciate your patience on the same.

                            P.S: FreeCharge will never contact you asking for your Card number/expiry date/CVV/OTP/Account Password. Do not share these details with anyone over phone/e-mail/ social media as this could lead to misuse."

                            Please help me in getting my money back. Also could you please instruct FreeCharge to put more knowledgeable people in their team so that the issue gets resolved soon. Their policies and processes also need to be improved as they cannot refund the money without informing the customer.

                                    I tried to add 500 rupees to freecharge wallet on ID number [protected] Using SBI atm card . Amount is debited from account but still wallet is showing 0 money! I have screenshots of transaction of my net banking! Transaction ID is[protected]. I got message from SBI bank too!
