Dear sir/ma'am I added money in my freecharge account at 2/4/2017 and they changed their withdrawal option on 3/4/2017, in my freecharge account i have 20000/- which i need now, i have to pay credit card bill, but neither they are returning my money nor letting me pay my credit card bill, I am feeling cheated. We understand your concern regarding the withdrawal of wallet amount to your bank. Withdrawal to bank account functionality is temporarily suspended due to technical upgrades planned at our end. This functionality would be fully operational within next few weeks. Still, you can continue to use the wallet amount for all your day to day payment needs right from recharges/bill payments/utilities and shop and pay at 4 lakhs+ merchant outlets we are live with. We shall intimate you once this is enabled. Do write to us for any further queries. | |||||
