I wanted to add money in my e-wallet for some purchase purpose. i tried the same but two times failed. when adding money after putting my OTP, it gets time out and hang. two times i did for Rs. 250/-, total Rs. 500/- deducted from my bank account but not added in my wallet on dtd. 16.01.17.

the customer care no. given is not getting contacted, its always busy and some numbers given in website is not working. i sent mail to customer care but yet not resolved the issue. again also they are giving free coupon offers. i applied two times for recharges but not got any cash back/offers. how can it be digitization and how can go ahead for e-payment.
