Hey I have this mobile number [protected] and I by mistakenly added 9000 to my freecharge wallet instead of 900 and now I want my money back on a priority basis as I have to pay my debts however as per your policy you can not transfer the amount post 45 days of adding amount!please look onto the matter priority and get the amount transferred! Verified Support May 08, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Hi Team, We have now initiated a refund of Rs. 9000/- to the same source bank account/card against the order ID OC-[protected][protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to source bank account/card is 5-7 working days. In case the refund does not reflect in his bank account within the mentioned time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us to follow up with our payment partner. | |||
