Dear sir on 13th feb at12:18 pm i was trying to with money from my freecharge wallet mobile no. [protected] to my bank account the amount is 3000/ that amount is debited from my wallet but not credited to my bank account linked with freecharge transaction id is c9oqz2kaqyo8zpq0ctq6vw. I got a massage and mail that transacation is pending in this regard i have written several mail to customer care but not resolve the issue they are only replying like written script i dont know what to do.
