Hi, I have recharged jio no. [protected] with 499 on 9 nov, 2017. Amount was deducted but recharge is not done. Its showing in processing. I tried to contact customer care but no response from freecharge as a ticket #1796797 was given to me.in response mail, i was told that my issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. But i have not get any call or mail from freecharge. I have mentioned below the details of order id and raised ticket no., along with attachment of screen shot of transaction processing issue. Nov 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Freecharge has successfully resolve my issue and I got back my 499 rupees into my freecharge wallet.
