On 2nd January 2017, i had added Rs 10k in the freecharge wallet. Later transferred it to the beneficiary in two lots of Rs 5k. The amount is deducted from my bank. But beneficiary didn't received any amount in his account. Further complain given through email by me. They replied : " Cashback processed against eligible Order Id’s, request you to recheck and share the Order ID against which you have not receive the Cashback. In some rare cases, amount gets debited from your bank account but this amount will be reversed by your bank in the next 5-7 business days to your bank account" TILL NOW NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE.
