[Resolved] FreeCharge — wallet balance unusable - restriction by freecharge! | |||||
Wallet : [protected]@gmail.com I have not used my wallet for a year i have no time, recently i have login to my account where i am unable to use my balance which have in my account, i want to use my balance but transaction failed, so contacted freecharge care, but no help lastly they have provided an email to contact them, where asking me for pan card but i am a student i don't have pan card, so i have provided my voter id card but still they have restricted my account balance, how fraud company is this? I have rs. 358 /- balance only unable to use because is they have limited my account, always transaction declined by them! As per rbi for wallet upgrade only need kyc in full but here for minimum kyc only a document of govt. Has to be provided but after providing govt. Id ten also they have limited my balance to use, Immediately initiate necessary on @freecharge company! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 17, 2019 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Please be informed that, as you have not provided the PAN card details the wallet is not activated. Also as you are wallet is not active, you can not utilize the FreeCharge amount for processing the transactions. However, you can process the PG transactions. As per the procedure, we can activate your wallet if you provide the PAN card.
