[Resolved]  Fresh To Home — Food Item recived with foul smell

I have ordered a some chicken parts for soup. But I have received the items with a foul smell on 27th January 2022. I have complained in the customer care. But not responded yet.
I have 2 packets of those with me in the fridge for the proof.

Please help.
