Fresh To Home — product paid for but not delivered

The product was paid for but not delivered but i am receiving delivery notifications, when i call the customer support they disconnect my call and when i finally reach someone they say it will be delivered 24 hours have passed and no deliveries. I am unable to connect with them now, its like they have blacklisted or blocked my number. I don't want to take legal action but i will if forced to. I want my refund and my account with you people deleted.
