I order jumbo eggs and other eggs on fresh to home website on 09th October at 9: 30 AM
Order No: E12H42673
My concern is Jumbo MRP is mention 138/- rupees on website and providing it 50% discount at 69/- .But product which i received is mention MRP was 95/- on box.
This website is cheating customer by mention wrong discount of website
Kindly take action and do needful to avoid this type of mistake from website

    I have ordered a some chicken parts for soup. But I have received the items with a foul smell on 27th January 2022. I have complained in the customer care. But not responded yet.
    I have 2 packets of those with me in the fridge for the proof.

    Please help.

      We have ordered seafood from Fresh To Home under Order No. STHK821453 on 10th October, 2020, valued at Rs.482/-. This order was cancelled by the company citing quality problem.

      However the refund of Rs.482/- against cancellation has not been credited to my account inspite of repeated follow-up with Company's Customer Care.

      As requested by RazorPay support, I have attached herewith my Debit Statement/Bank Statement covering from 10th Oct till date showing no credit of the above amount. Please note the statement mentioned is my husband's account (S. Madhusudanan Nair) as the payment was done from his account.

      Also please note the following details:

      ARN #: 30004602860284113843978

      Account #: mentioned in the bank statement.

      Please ensure the pending refund amount is credited to the account at the earliest.

        High risk. Found tiny plastics in mutton.

        I have ordered mutton 3 weeks before & prepared biriani, i found some tiny plastic pieces in biriani while eating, i thought it would have came from basmathi rice bcoz i bought it in loose.

        Again last week i bought 1kg of mutton & cleaned thoroughly & prepared soup, biriani & gravy i found same tiny plastic pieces while eating. Also please note that even the plastic was boiled & cooked along with mutton. Even my colleagues faced same problem

        I immediately registered my complain from this app, they called me & apologized the tiny plastic might have came while packing then they gave me 40% offer in next purchase. I dont want offer, i want quality product only.

        Now think what will happen if i eat it. We dont know how they preserve or maintain.

        Better go to market & buy it.

          The product was paid for but not delivered but i am receiving delivery notifications, when i call the customer support they disconnect my call and when i finally reach someone they say it will be delivered 24 hours have passed and no deliveries. I am unable to connect with them now, its like they have blacklisted or blocked my number. I don't want to take legal action but i will if forced to. I want my refund and my account with you people deleted.
