We have ordered seafood from Fresh To Home under Order No. STHK821453 on 10th October, 2020, valued at Rs.482/-. This order was cancelled by the company citing quality problem.
However the refund of Rs.482/- against cancellation has not been credited to my account inspite of repeated follow-up with Company's Customer Care.
As requested by RazorPay support, I have attached herewith my Debit Statement/Bank Statement covering from 10th Oct till date showing no credit of the above amount. Please note the statement mentioned is my husband's account (S. Madhusudanan Nair) as the payment was done from his account.
Also please note the following details:
ARN #: 30004602860284113843978
Account #: mentioned in the bank statement.
Please ensure the pending refund amount is credited to the account at the earliest.
