I had ordered 4 items on 15th june, freshmenu have taken more than a hour to deliver item in night time, and then they have delivered only 3 items, that to were in very bad condition, food was not freshly prepared, it was leftover from at least 2 days. When i contacted them via their contact no no one has answered for 2 consecutive days, then i have mailed them my complaint, in which they have replied after few days and replied back they are refunding money for the order which they haven't delivered, but i never got the balance back. I dont have now trust on such random so called websites who cant promise their services. ##FRESHMENU##
