I ordered food from this restaurant in Gurgaon and waited for 1.5 hrs. After that also it was not delivered. Order was confirmed and I had paid online for the same. I contacted them at their Customer care number, , a lady spoke with very lame excuses that you are very far off. I said then you shouldn't have taken my order. Now please cancel it and refund my money. To that she banged down the phone. I tried 4-5 times calling their number but it was getting disconnected. I lost my money and no food. This shows very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of them. Please never use their service. Was this information helpful? |
