what exactly is wrong in this phone since when I looked first time it won my heart it has got all features which you wud get in a mobile with a range betwee 10, 000 to 15, 000.
As price is less so I wud agree that customer should not exact that performace which other mobile of a higher range will deliver.

BUT i am wrong
As on 31 nov 09 i am unable send or recieve calls from that.
after that i come to know that IMEI Number is invalid .
I will not suggest anybody to buy any product from HS18.
unless you only have to regret .

It's chainess product & it's value is only 2200 Rs in indian market & Home Shop 18 is selling in 5999/- Rs. Most of features are not working. One of the pathetic thing it's not user friendly. Whatever they show on television, every thing looks like FRAUD. Have contacted home shop 18 helpline and ask about 15 days money back guarantee and they told me since you have inserted your sim card so we cann't take order back...I think this channel should be closed immediately. Hi, I was just planning to buy this phone but am glad now that I checked here before I actually paid up. Such websites must be deemed to comensate the consumers for any issues faced with the products that they are selling. Indians are now getting used to buying online stuff. But such channels / websites will only increase the doubts in the mind of a consumer and they will not find it easy to trust better sites / channels selling authentic products. Its a SHAME HS-18. I AM NEVER SPOILING MY NIGHTS SLEEP WATCHING YOUR STUPID CHANNEL AGAIN

I have also ordered fujezone dual sim mobile. I have many problem with mobile as follow:
1. Its showing me same error invalid SIM. but contact no. is showing on phone book.
2. The video player is too much slow. It is showing movie as a GIF files (frame by frame or still images moving)
3. Camera setup functionality is not available but it is mentioned in manual. The camera is default set as 200 (zoom) mode. I cant enjoy the picture.
4. GPRS setup is not available but it is mentioned in manual
5. The touch screen response is really poor.
6. The earphone is not working. When i try to on FM, its giving me a message 'Please plug in Earphone'. But i connected the earphone.

I tried to replace the product but the way they(homeshop) described to replace, is not convenient. Is there any way to replace easily or refund the money.

In this regard i also agree with this. I also purchased fujezone i68+model for using GPRS facility, but it is showing so many problems in normal working only that i am fed up with this.
GPRS is not working.battery back up is very poor i.e.4-5hrs in standby mode.while playing audio/video songs phones turn off automatically.Sim 2 slot works irregularly.sometime it shows invalid sim and sometime it works. I have drawn this conclusion that all such homeshop18 type channels and fujezone company are fraud and they simply want to sell out their stock without thinking of consumers.

I think you all should go to consumer cout, may be you think it doesn't worth but they should get some lesson if at least 10% ppls who are cheated by this co. would go to consumer forum. It will be a grt lesson to them and would really help.

I also purchased Fujezone ASE17 through HomeShop18 and received the same foolish reply from them that after inserting the sim the phone cannot be returned. It is the most foolish reply as how one will come to know that the phone is not functioning well without inserting the sim? Any how there was one thing very nice that M/S Nakamichi always give a very nice after sale service and replaced my phone although the product is far below standard. The other phone, very cheap to ASE17, are better than it in all respect. It will be better on your part if you directly take up the matter with the supplier and hopefully you will get some satisfactory reply.

I agree with so many unsatisfied customers that HOME SHOP 18 is a FRAUD Company.It has its own rules, . It is not consumer friendly.Instead of listening to our genuine complaints they indulge into unnecessary arguments and always give foolish replies.Can any body tell me how one can use gift coupons worth Rs.1500/- received in March, 2010, before 31 March, 2010 and if he wants to avail the facility he will have to make purchases for Rs.7500/- with one month i.e before 31 March. NOW THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE LEFT WITH ME IS TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.

I called them on 22nd may to 27th may regardig that they said ur mobile has been dispatch to mumbai they asked me to call first flight courier & take ur mobile. they are saying that on 27th may they come to my house to delivere mobile but actually they not come as i am at home only & they are giving reason that ur payment is not ready.[protected]

I bought fujizone dual sim/ dual battery modeli68+ (IMEI (1): [protected] from home18. They boasted that it is excellent phone worth 19000, you can get in 6000. I bought it . it did not work even for one day. Home 18 said that 2 batteries would be given along with it. I never expected that these batteries have no capacity to stay charged without calls for even 2 hours. Now there are no batteries also available. bought 2 aphone batteries of similar kind which were of no use after 2 chargings. No replacement batteries, no efficient batteries, no service. Seems fuzizone has no right to produce these mobiles and cheat people and not fit to stay in market.

My sincere advice dont buy anything from HOME18.

Blacklist FUjezone products.

If Fujezone wants to defend theeir product let them come up or suggest suitable effficient batteries, chargers. Even the mobile cant even display photos which are taken from another mobiles and say that they are large files. Shame on Fujizone.

Very true, I have smiliar experience, I ordered same model phone from Homeshop 18 thinking
it a Business phone putting my first salary into it. Beside inproper services it started giving problems.
Later I came to know it is worst than local china phone available in market less than half price. I
wasted my first salary in looking for repair. Now i have been told instrument is fake.With I was scolded by my family and friends. Lesson learnt. Dont trust online shopping . I want the fujizone wala and Homeshop 18

But I was on station leave, that’s why my colleague received the product in my absence without opening the product box. But when on my arrival (1/12/2010) I opened the product received, I found that the screen of the New handset was broken as well as the earphone was also in tampered condition, after that I immediately call to your customer care regarding this problem and my Request No. is 62034229.

Unfortunately I also purchased a combo pack of Fujizone i68+T10 dual sim phone from homeshop18 (Order no.[protected] dated at 20th Aug 2010). It is showing so many complaints ie. are as follows
1) GPRS fecility nill - Complaint at many times of Homeshop18 customer center - no result.
2) Very very poor mobile range. So I have not complete any call till this date.
3) Poor Quality of Camera, video player, etc...etc..are the main features inthis phone.
A lot of probblems are assembled together and put a name to "FUJEZONE DUAL SIM I68 MOBILE phone"

In this regard i also agree with this. I also purchased fujezone model for using GPRS facility, but it is showing so many problems in normal working only that i am fed up with this.
GPRS is not working.battery back up is very poor i.e.4-5hrs in standby mode.while playing audio/video songs phones turn off automatically.Sim 2 slot works irregularly.sometime it shows invalid sim and sometime it works. & two three months after memory card error I have drawn this conclusion that all such homeshop18 type channels and fujezone company are fraud and they simply want to sell out their stock without thinking of consumers.

I had purchase FUZEZONE X2 mobile from NAAPTOL 1 month ago they told me that it will allow GPRS.
I used AIRTEL sim-card for that mobile but but when I asked AIRTEL service centre for GPRS SETTINGS they told me that GPRS SETTINGS are not available for this phone. They also told me that 9hrs battery life but after its full charge if i use it for 5 minutes it will display a error message showing "LOW BATTERY". It is ridiculous. Ordered that useless phone on 23rd june, received on 1st july, Order no. 1902799. It has a poor quality of camera i.e., 0.001 MP shameful for me that i bought this mobile.
This is true lie.
Please tell me a service centre near ANAND VIHAR so that i could start GPRS.

I Purchased a fujezone phone from local market 15 months back and i am still enjoying this. Ya sometimes one sim becomes invalid i dont know why. But everything is fine. It supporting 3rd party java softwares and installed many and they are working fine. even i installed one software through which i can broadcast live video to my fujezone mobile from my laptops camera . i can see live video of my home anywhere by this phone. I[censored] want to buy then buy from local market after checking thoroughly. They replaced me initially twice and now i am enjoying without any trouble since 15 month. I have bought a Fujezone X-plore mobile set through online purchase. When we try to use it, it asking for calibration. In the user manual, there is a procedure for calibration. But since the touch screen is not working, we could not able to follow the same. When I power on the system, it showing a comment that, “please click the screen to start calibration then click the “+” precisely” but nothing working while clicking the screen. Can you please help to resolve the issue.

I have purchased a touchscreen mobile of FUJEZONE from bagitToday (for the first time) my invoice is 146082 Booking ID is [protected], I have received the consignment on 20.10.2012 after a lot of follow-up from FEDX NCOD Ludhiana ...and DTDC Ludhiana (Third party i.e. BATRA) vide Docket No. Z72904570 of DTDC (the same can be tracked online and genuineness of my claim can be verified). However, eventhough the product appears to be okay, the charger supplied alongwith the mobile is not working and from the day one I am unable to charge the mobile (leave aside its use which can be done only after charging the battery fully for the first time). The second defect which I have found is that the SIM-1 slot is not working though Sim-2 slot is working. The little charge which was there is already over by now. I think, the product needs a replacement as there are two defects which I have detected now:
1) The charging system of the mobile is not working
2) the sim-1 slot is not functional

After four e-mail they advised me take the mobile to nearest service centre which is 30 kms away... When a new product is defective, isn't, it a duty of theirs to replace the product and give atleast a functional product to the customer.
