I have received Fujezone Touch Screen Dual Sim GSM Mobile Phone on dated 26.10.09 by order no:[protected]. After inserting sim, I am unable to dial number as well as not able to view all basic features. Whatever they show on television, every thing looks like fraud. Have contacted home shop 18 helpline and ask about 15 days money back guarantee and they told me since you have inserted your sim card so we cann't take order back, I am surprised, How will consumer will check mobile device without inserting an sim card its again fraud.
