Hi,

Am Pradeep from Kerala, India. I received an SMS on 01-October-2021at at 04:05 PM (The message received is as given below)

"Dear Customer, your Fullerton Gramshakti loan account ending with 10280 is overdue by INR 1309928. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid. "

I have no relationship with the above-said company and I had never heard about the company before. I have no account or loan account with FICCL (Fullerton India credit company limited). I need the company to clarify why the above said SMS had been sent to me, sort out the issues and necessary changes to be made so that I won't be getting any spam messages from your company.

As soon as I saw the SMS I googled and found the contact number and called them and complained about the issue and the complaint reference number is 10431097.

I don't want any issues for which I am not accountable.
