Loan amount 1 lakh, emi per month 3359 - i paid for 33 months till now, so total amount paid 1, 10, 000rs...but still the outstanding amount is 80, 000rs. What the...u are doing guys...Even i didn't get full 1 lakh rupees only I received 92, 000rs loan amount... please take severe actions..many people's had lost their life by Fullerton...even i don't have money to take action against them...one more thing to add...i take only 4 months moratorium..for that Fullerton added 14 months tenure extra. I took loan for 60 months but now its showing 74 months...I am seriously helpless...

I have taken a personal loan from Fullerton, The loan amount was 1.62 Lakh.
And I have paid till now more than 1 lakh. When I asked for the closing amount it shows 1.64 lakh. Please take actions against this, and help me out.
If I have not close this loan I I have to pay near about 6 lakhs as per the current tenure.

Myself Jagadeeshwarayya from Gulbarga taken a personal loan and I already paid 36 EMI, due to COVID effect I unable to pay emi in regular and earlier it is for 60 months now it is showing 78 months.

Currently am facing with financial crisis henceforth I literally in trouble because of job loss even I tried to clear the dues after moritorium, they have to intimate that about increase in tenure now I need support how can I come over from these. Please suggest it would a great help.

Date same as on each month but i made 17796 RUPEES of EMI payment in advance on 03/01/2022 so today a message came to me from fullerton bank that your laon EMI payment of rupees 16468 has to pay but i already made advance payment in paytm application of rupees 17796 EMI amount. but THE fullerton credit company india is debiting chargers on that and send messages that your account is insufficient . But i have already made payment one day before

I am getting unwanted messages to pay the EMI for personal loan, but i dint take any loam from flouteron.

I have taken personal loan of Rs. 170000 from fullerton india in 2018 and the loan supposed to be complete in 2022, As I have lost my job I am paying monthly emi by manualy but 2 months ago customer representative called me for emi and when I asked for statement of account, in this SOA the loan tenure is upto 2025 and they have also increased loan tenure and principal without my consent..

This company has mastered itself in frauds, looting, cheating, and harassing its customers. They have all the fraudulent ways to make money from their consumers. They promise you a different rate of interest and charge another which is obviously much higher. They charge penalties even after paying EMI on time, they forge documents, restructure loans themselves without even asking customers, they don't even provide copies of loan agreements, customer care is a joke as they never reply to it. They threaten customers on visiting offices. In my case, I was promised a rate of interest of 16.48% but without my knowledge, they are charging me 27%. I took a moratorium during a pandemic and they restructured the loan by changing interest rate and increasing tenure without even asking me. When I visited the office, I was threatened by goons. I took a loan of 361226 and even after paying 25 EMI of rupees 13000 each my outstanding is 280000. Just want to know which interest rate calculator they are using? please help us.

I hold a loan in Fullerton india and has asked for settlement from the agent a week back. The agent asked me for an email regarding settlement and asked me to wait for few days as He will get approval on the same and will revert me back. Suddenly today morning he called me and asked for settlement amount and he wanted me to pay it today itself by hook or crook. I tried talking to him but his behaviour and usage of words are too bad and finally i agreed to pay today but told him and out and will be back home by midnight only so pls collect amount the next day morning 10am . He is not ready for that and want it somehow today even though it’s midnight he is ready to collect it. I believe i have taken loan from a reputable organisation and not from a local gunda. This is atrocious behaviour what is wrong in waiting till morning to collect the amount? Are you people appointing Goons as collecttion agents so that they can come and harass ladies at home any time? Even though i asked for settlement and agreed to pay why is the agent harrsing ?? Hi this is Firdaus. I had taken LOAN from Fullerton in 2019. Due to lockdown after march i could payout the emi bcoz it was been i lost my job. There is one person who calls the refrences and abuses like tu randi hai, tu chinal hai to ladie in a day he calls 50times and make them irriate. when i have taken LOAN i want to setlement why is he calling them and harraising. since i was been hospilized and could pick up the call i was gone under surgery he is doing all this ### with refrences. i want higher authourity to take action against this ### his CONTACT details is [protected]. Hello i'am loan account holder in Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. My loan A/c No.[protected] sanctioned for Rs 1.77 Cr & another loan A/c no.[protected] for 20L was sanctioned through Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS).
This is in reference to harassment from Fullerton India where profanity has been used immensely over calls, workplace, residence and also harassing my parent.
I took a Loan against property (LAP) in the year 2019 to set up a new business. My company was running smoothly and profitable until COVID 19. In exactly 7 months of taking loan I had to shut down the whole company because of the pandemic and faced huge losses. Many payments were pending but only few were credited to us. I came to know that the government is helping businesses by giving them moratorium of 6 months, but i only got 5 months of time. After my business was shut down completely and payments being stuck for more than 6 months, I couldn't plan of reopening my business again. I called Fullerton India's managers and recovery agents and explained them the whole scenario about my current position. In the meantime I never stopped paying my EMI's. Paid EMI's regularly because I didn't want my CIBIL score to get affected. After a few months I was unable to pay the EMI on time because I was adjusting every penny and took a few private loans and tried to pay EMI in the same month, which is 3L/Month. I have been doing this till today 31/10/2021. Paying EMI by rental incomes and also earnings of my old business, even after that I would be short of some amount and would take some hand loan or private loans to pay off. I finally decided to sell my property which is worth 6 Cr and close the loan. I talked to the manager & explained him about my plans. Because it is a costly property there are only a few potential buyers and might take a little time. Because it's a commercial property with good rental income, I don't want to loose it for 1.77 Cr.
Now from the past 6-7 months the mental torture and harassment is unbearable. The profanity, vulgarity is over the line. Mr Madhav Reddy of Fullerton India Credit Company positioned as collection manager called me today and asked me " AGAR LOAN DENA NAHI HORAHA HAIN TOH LIYE KYUN BH*N K* L**DE " (I didn't want to write this down but this is serious)
He has been harrasing me for so long and i have been talking to him respectfully without even uttering single word of profanity but today this illiterate person has crossed his limits & he also told me where does he want to meet him for a face to face fight & he also tried to scare me by telling he was a localite and knows many people and can get the amount in many different ways. He has told me that he'll be going to property and harass my tenants and force them to leave. The way he was talking to me on phone made me realise that he was appointed to harass people and get their money by any means. I'm planning to take few legal steps against him.

I told him that i can't make the payment today but I will be paying 2 EMI's at once on 15th of November.

I want some time to pay the EMI and I want you to understand the circumstances. Instead of harrasing and torturing my whole family we can resolve this. This is not how a professional bank should behave with it's customers. I have the capacity to clear the whole loan but I need some time from Fullerton India.

As per your repay schedule i have to pay only Rs.69743.54 but your branch recoverd Ra.73190.00.so i belive that your branch recoverd more amt.please check my loan account and refund recoved amt.

Took a personal loan of 25000 in which i got 23000 in my bank account from subh loan, when i took the loan i was working in a company, after a month i lost my job, but till i was paying my emi for 4-5 months, As i was a student and unemployed i was unable to pay the rest of 15000, months passed no one from bank coordinated.
After that your legal team started calling my family member i have everything in recorded even my sister who is married, my father was critical kidney patient, they even not left my 60 year old mother your team calls and abused so much that i can't even say everything on the mail, but then my father started paying and we paid 38000 with interest and everything,
your representative told that we have received all your payment, so we were also relaxed . then on the next month cycle you first charged 170 rupee again as a interest, and now when you guys call once in a month, the first agent told sir you have to 1400, other agent called sir you have to 6000, now recently another agent called and saying you have to 11, 700
Just tell me are we guys fool or what. Now we have shared all the paper with my peronal lawyer because we have each and every proof that how mentally tourched my family,
We are fill harresment case against your so called big firm and sue your company for atleast 1 lakh rupees,
i will tweet and use all social media to expose so that no other innocent person gets in your trap with all the proof and tag every designated person from RBI what how you guys are working, when your collection agent was abusing very badly my father was hospitilized .
Now you will pay, i will share this story on every platfom and then you will know what a common man can do, I will drag you guys in court that is for sure .
