[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — scam sms on loan

Hi, I am thenmozhi from karur, tamilnadu india. I received a sms on 08-september-2020 3:30pm stating "dear customer, your fullerton india loan account ending with 04754 is overdue by inr 20217. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid." But i have no loan account or money taken from ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company exist. I need the company to check why i received this message and fix it. I don't want to get into legal issues for which i am not accountable for. Hi,

I am chirag from bharuch, gujarat india. I received a sms on 13-september-2023 18:36 stating

"Hi, our SMFG India Credit authorised agent will contact you regarding your overdue. To know the list of authorised agent, pls click the below link http://bit.ly/3EVA57h Ignore if already paid. -SMFG India Credit"

But i have no loan account or money taken from "SMFG India " ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company exist. I need the company to check why i received this message and fix it.

I don't want to get into legal issues for which i am not accountable for.
