I took a loan of 7500 from Moneyview and the lender was Fullerton. After making 12 EMI payments out of 24, I closed the loan by paying 42685 on 9th June and now their application shows that my account is closed but when I asked them about NOC or NDC, they asked me to wait 15 days.
I waited 15 days and then contacted Moneyview again, they asked me to send an email on [protected]@fullertonindia.com.
I sent multiple emails but didn't get any response or resolution from Fullerton.
As this loan is not closed in Fullerton end, they are asking me to contact moneyview and moneyview asking me to contact Fullerton.
It has been more than 2.5 month and still they are not providing any resolution.
I raised complaint against money in national consumer helpline ( Grievance Number: 2116590 ) but no resolution yet and they advised me to file it in consumer forum.
Against Fullerton, I raised complaint in RBI OMBUDSMAN
All I want from Fullerton to close my loan and issue NOC.
