Sir,

The representative of fullerton is torturing mently by repeated phone calls for loan requirment.

I do not want any kind of loan.

But they are making 8 - 10 calls for loan requirment.

Now, today evening they are making blank calls.

i just want to conplaint against Sachin which was a worker of pin code 110058 he came to our house every day and tourcher us everyday to give the emi of our company my father has answered by mail
sachin sir said that call police what u want to do do anything they rourcher us for everthing which was not reasonable even not talk smoothly to us not even to my mother and speak loudly as he can every neibourhood was just seeing to their face and was not able to answer in a right manner which was very bad issue to our society and to our house also they enter to our house without any permission and behaving bery badly with us and my father was not in the house it was doing from last 30 days please take action regarding this even and we are able to take action regarding that from central

Hi i am gnana sunder staying in hyderabad.
Recently i have been
Facing these torture calls through fullerton company as they are continuously calling me and my friends who are not concerned in any way with this issue.
They have been harassing friends putting unnecessary blames on them and defaming them and also me for no reason..
Its not once twice but it has been happening to all my friends daily with 20-30calls per day.
This is a case of mental harassment and i want it stop now.

I have payment emi payment successful
But paytm mobile solution was failed
And my money was debited in my account. So refund my money imeditly

I have taken personal loan from stashfin where lender is fullerton india credit co ltd. Just before lockdown, stashfin stopped presenting nach to my account and i had to make payments manually. After some time, stashfin denied to entertain requests and asked to directly contact fullerton customer service for any assistance related to lan: xxxxxxxxxxx4256.

On may 20th i had sent an email regarding online portal access. Since than i am following up with fullerton customer service (Namaste) but unable to get this issue resolved. I have spent hours over phone call and sent hundreds of emails but no luck.
The latest case with fullerton for this issue is 08521740. 5 months but no resolution, this is worst customer service i have seen.

I am thenmozhi from karur, tamilnadu india. I received a sms on 08-september-2020 3:30pm stating

"dear customer, your fullerton india loan account ending with 04754 is overdue by inr 20217. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid."

But i have no loan account or money taken from ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company...

I don't have any relationship with you company, but still getting sms for non payment of loan. Kindly do the needful.

I dont get foreclosure amount i had given applications 45 days before.pls.it gives me earlier so than i close my home loan

After seeing in website 20000 salary is required submitted for a personal loan and after collecting all documents after 23 days they are telling 30000 minimum salary is required, application Id is 8190986 why for collecting the valuable documents 20000 is mentioned? waste my 23 days behind it and amount is for my marriage purpose with in two weeks. cheating and wasting my time in the name of personal loan, if it is communicated earlier itself I will look some other sources. if the salary is required 30000 why in website it is 20000? even today ask for HR mail that also provided, asks my one year bank statement and credit card billing statements, in the end told me not approved, I lost my 23 valuable days behind it and now if money is not able to arrange on time what will I do? if some unbearable situation happens to my family fullerton Inida is totally responsible

Hi dear sir/madam,
I have avail loan as above mentioned fraud bank at the time of visiting bank officials they told me that they are charge lesser interest rates but they cheated they r charging me 28% this would not satisfied after that they told other emi but after getting my first emi deduction i was still in shock... And i visited fullerton officials i ask why 28% they simply told me that my cibil score was lesser but i ask them about pre closing but they told to wait for 6 to 8 emi then i visit after deduction they told me there is a pre closing charges...
But why they didn't mention before loan?
After my 22 emi they collected 224000-/intrest and principal is only 33000/-
How it be...?
And after getting moratorium for 3 emi
They are exceeded 9 extra emi why this i want justice

I applied for a loan and lead id is 8190986.

provided all documents mentioned on the website. but again asked for the credit card billing statement, first I thought about checking the payment promptness it is asked. so I provided all the last generated statements after removing all passwords. Today again I got a call from the number[protected] and [protected] for sending the credit cards front for verification, i wondered still none of the finance companies are not asked such thing and there is a strict advice from all bank that never share the card number, expiry date and all. So I need a confirmation from Fullerton that why such a thing is required to process a personal loan .

I took a loan of 7500 from Moneyview and the lender was Fullerton. After making 12 EMI payments out of 24, I closed the loan by paying 42685 on 9th June and now their application shows that my account is closed but when I asked them about NOC or NDC, they asked me to wait 15 days.

I waited 15 days and then contacted Moneyview again, they asked me to send an email on [protected]@fullertonindia.com.

I sent multiple emails but didn't get any response or resolution from Fullerton.

As this loan is not closed in Fullerton end, they are asking me to contact moneyview and moneyview asking me to contact Fullerton.

It has been more than 2.5 month and still they are not providing any resolution.

I raised complaint against money in national consumer helpline ( Grievance Number: 2116590 ) but no resolution yet and they advised me to file it in consumer forum.

Against Fullerton, I raised complaint in RBI OMBUDSMAN

All I want from Fullerton to close my loan and issue NOC.

This copied and pasted below problem is not solved and they are mentioned, problm is solved. This is already raised in consumer complaint and take action please.

This is my personal loan number [protected] in fulletron. Am paying my loan correctly every month and putting money in my account.in nov 2018 5 amount also debited my account.

But i got call from some name divakar balan and he told you have three months loan pending. But i don’t have idea, how it’s bounced while paying regularly. So asked statement and he sent me showing two month is bounced. But amount is deducting from my account every month from my account. So confused and contact bank, they replied they have charged for that and this. So i don’t what happened exactly.

So am tried to explaining the divakar balan how recovery will happend while am paying correctly. His mobile [protected] and [protected]. He started abusing me in bad words against law and said will kill your whole family. And come to your office everyday create your problem with colleague and everyone.

As per rbi law this is not allowed and harshing borrower. I lodge a fir against bank and divakar balan. And going to file case in court tomorrow. He is threatening me to kill me and my family. He played with wrong guy who is backround with police family.

I need answer from the bank for this action within tomorrow.
