[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — emi | |||
Worst institute to deal with. Starting with while taking loan i already informed their executive about scheduling my EMI due date. Still he themselves set the due date as per discretion. Secondly i had to run behind them to collect the loan papers (welcome kit)which came after almost 2 mths of followup. Recently even after paying my EMI online and informing their executive they did took EMI through ECS. (so twice emi in 1 month) Even after repeatedly calling the whole day on the number of just dial of their borivali branch no one took the call and the other 2 mobile numbers that are displayed are some personal numbers of the employees and they do not cater service to the customer (as told to me).
