[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — Fullerton India Credit Abusive calls stating that we have taken loans and never paid | |||
Today I got a call from "[protected]" named "Suganya" around 12.30 pm speaking from Chennai. Saying that your father has taken a personal loan before 6 years and never paid. We have never taken any loans and she threatens us your case is under CIBIL and you will need to face serious issues. What kind of company is this, we haven't taken a loan or neither we are the guarantors, so how come they can threaten us like this. Don’t how come they trace our personal details.
