[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit — Harassment, Profanity and Vulgarity

Hello i'am loan account holder in Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. My loan A/c No.[protected] sanctioned for Rs 1.77 Cr & another loan A/c no.[protected] for 20L was sanctioned through Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS).
This is in reference to harassment from Fullerton India where profanity has been used immensely over calls, workplace, residence and also harassing my parent.
I took a Loan against property (LAP) in the year 2019 to set up a new business. My company was running smoothly and profitable until COVID 19. In exactly 7 months of taking loan I had to shut down the whole company because of the pandemic and faced huge losses. Many payments were pending but only few were credited to us. I came to know that the government is helping businesses by giving them moratorium of 6 months, but i only got 5 months of time. After my business was shut down completely and payments being stuck for more than 6 months, I couldn't plan of reopening my business again. I called Fullerton India's managers and recovery agents and explained them the whole scenario about my current position. In the meantime I never stopped paying my EMI's. Paid EMI's regularly because I didn't want my CIBIL score to get affected. After a few months I was unable to pay the EMI on time because I was adjusting every penny and took a few private loans and tried to pay EMI in the same month, which is 3L/Month. I have been doing this till today 31/10/2021. Paying EMI by rental incomes and also earnings of my old business, even after that I would be short of some amount and would take some hand loan or private loans to pay off. I finally decided to sell my property which is worth 6 Cr and close the loan. I talked to the manager & explained him about my plans. Because it is a costly property there are only a few potential buyers and might take a little time. Because it's a commercial property with good rental income, I don't want to loose it for 1.77 Cr.
Now from the past 6-7 months the mental torture and harassment is unbearable. The profanity, vulgarity is over the line. Mr Madhav Reddy of Fullerton India Credit Company positioned as collection manager called me today and asked me " AGAR LOAN DENA NAHI HORAHA HAIN TOH LIYE KYUN BH*N K* L**DE " (I didn't want to write this down but this is serious)
He has been harrasing me for so long and i have been talking to him respectfully without even uttering single word of profanity but today this illiterate person has crossed his limits & he also told me where does he want to meet him for a face to face fight & he also tried to scare me by telling he was a localite and knows many people and can get the amount in many different ways. He has told me that he'll be going to property and harass my tenants and force them to leave. The way he was talking to me on phone made me realise that he was appointed to harass people and get their money by any means. I'm planning to take few legal steps against him.

I told him that i can't make the payment today but I will be paying 2 EMI's at once on 15th of November.

I want some time to pay the EMI and I want you to understand the circumstances. Instead of harrasing and torturing my whole family we can resolve this. This is not how a professional bank should behave with it's customers. I have the capacity to clear the whole loan but I need some time from Fullerton India.
