Myself Vaibhav Bhatia s/o Late Mr. Deepak Bhatia running a Loan with the name of M/s K.K.Collections whose owner was my father only. I hereby confirm you that I am very much disturbed since covid 19 arrived in our respective lives.Since March 2020 when lockdown occured due to that our business disturbed extremely bad so we opted moratorium as well.On 6th july 2020 i lost my father which was another shocking phase in our family.I tried alot to get stable in business and repay my loan emi but unfortunately it couldnot happened.In Jan 2021 i got a call from lucknow branch to avail eclg just to adjust all pending emi of the loan so i agreed to take this facility and again tried to get stable in my professional life but again in 2021 second wave hitted so badly that we fail to generate our business.After few months i realised i am unable to pay this amount so i decided to sale my property and close this loan but due to massive disturbance in market no buyer came forward to buy this property.I connected myself to Lucknow Branch and had word regarding settlement of loan with concerned person name Mr.Amaan and he said minimum 12-13 emi should be pending then only you can settle this loan.I still have to wait for that.After that i continuously was in touch with him and there was no certain confirmation for my loan settlement.My business shut down in 2022 and currently i m having bread and butter issues as well.I started doing job to fullfill my bread and butter needs.I connected with Mr.Mohit as well in CP office and he also said i will take approval from management but no response after that.After connecting alot of people i got to know that Bank hasbeen taken over by some japenese company so management has been changed.Mr. Amaan tentatively given me settlement amount idea but now refusing that it cannot happen.Mr mohit also did the same.
I am so much feeling mentally harassed that all people are making fun of me and sending here and there.Mr. amaan says talk to Mr.mohit and he says talk to lucknow branch.Sometimes they both says contact mumbai branch.I m tired of connecting everywhere and no response.Rs 35 lacs of insurance is there with all business details of my father i am having all docs but they put 1st name of Mine so i cannot insurance claim as well as per bank employees said to me.Now i have recieved a notice that my house possession is getting done by next week and i am getting asked to pay foreclosure amount without any waiver and insurance claim.
IS THIS ALL JUSTIFIED?
I LOST MY FATHER, MY BUSINESS, I AM THE ONLY EARNING MEMBER IN MY FAMILY DOING JOB JUST TO FULLFILL BASIC NEEDS OF LIFE AND I AM GETTING SO MUCH MENTALLY PRESSURE AS THERE IS NO HELP FROM BANK.
I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU PLEASE HELP ME I WANT TO SETTLE THIS LOAN AS MINIMUM AS BANK MANAGEMENT CAN HELP ME AS I HAVE NOTHING LEFT WITH ME SO PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE HELP ME I AM VERY DISTURBED AND IN MENTAL PRESSURE.
KINDLY HELP ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.I AM EAGERLY WAITING A POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THIS MAIL.PLEASE HELP !!!
