Fullerton India Credit — worst customer service - online portal access not fixed | |
I have taken personal loan from stashfin where lender is fullerton india credit co ltd. Just before lockdown, stashfin stopped presenting nach to my account and i had to make payments manually. After some time, stashfin denied to entertain requests and asked to directly contact fullerton customer service for any assistance related to lan: xxxxxxxxxxx4256. On may 20th i had sent an email regarding online portal access. Since than i am following up with fullerton customer service (Namaste) but unable to get this issue resolved. I have spent hours over phone call and sent hundreds of emails but no luck. The latest case with fullerton for this issue is 08521740. 5 months but no resolution, this is worst customer service i have seen. Was this information helpful? | |
