Dear Sir,
I, undersigned, Nitul Pravinchandra Ashara wish to inform you that, I took a personal loan of Rs. 3, 59, 832 on 27-Jun-2012. Loan account No. [protected]. Customer ID is 760191.
My EMI amount is Rs. 13, 786 with due date on 5th of every month.
The last EMI was supposed to be on 5th July 2015. In the last EMI, the amount as per you was Rs. 13, 776. The ECS was dishonoured since you opted for the amount of Rs. 13776, instead of 13786 which was a routine EMI amount. We had sufficient balance on the date of ECS but due to the difference in the amount, it was not honoured.
I cant understand, why does your staff make so much hassle over an amount of Rs 10 for last 6 months.
On knowing about it, we informed upfront, calling your office to send some one to collect the payment but no one came to collect the payment.
Now we are being threatened by your calling agencies for the payment.
We hope you can understand the situation and we are no where at fault.
We still inform you to collect the payment and send the receipt as full and final settlement of the loan account.
Since we are not at any fault, we will not be paying any penalty.
