Fullerton India — Harassment and threatening call to me, my friends and family

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have never taken any loan from Fullerton but it seems that my father has taken some loan in past about which I have no information. Few days back I received calls from cell no. [protected] where the lady from other side impersonated as Executive from Fullerton India and talked regarding loan account to me even though I am not a party to transaction. I have told them I did not take any loan from any company, then she told me that my father had taken a loan and current outstanding is around Rs. 82, 000. Now, I am constantly receiving calls from High Court Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta from cell no. [protected] in which she uses abusive and threatening words to me even though I am not any party to transaction. She calls my friends regarding the same and also she calls my wife's friend and told them I have taken a loan for my wife's clinic and she will cancel my wife's friend licence (she is doctor and practicing). Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta also threatened me that she is going to call my employer for the same. I don't understand why she calls and threatens me if I am not a party to transaction. She also made comments regarding my home town, my father and used abusive words. Another guy from the same group from Mob No. [protected]/[protected] also called me regarding same. They are calling me and my family's friend for the same and harassing me to tell everyone that I have taken a loan. Today, I have a recording of the conversation with Ms Sapna Mehta in which she is threatening me that she will call my employer and sue me for the loan. I have talked to my father and he told me the loan was settled in one go two years back, but they are not getting any information for the settlement. I have told them to check their record for the loan but they are constantly calling me and harassing me. I am unable to understand why you guys are Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta to contact and threaten me even though I am not a party to transaction. Kindly look into this on high priority and take necessary action. I want that me, my employer or any other party like my my friends/ my wife's friend should not be contacted as I have done no transaction with your organisation. Regards Lavin Agrawal
