Fullerton India — Harassment for the loan taken | |||||
I obtained a loan of 75, 000/- in 2009 and submitted 48 PDCs for all the EMIs in Chattisgarh, however as got transferred to New Delhi 17 EMIs was regular and from my end no negligence was there. Due any resons 2 cheques got returned from bank which was not for funds insufficiency, the Fullerton has charged me huge penalty for funds insufficiency and caused lots of harassment soon after that, though I wanted to solve this issue has not cooperated as agreed and my CIBIL got affected very badly for no negligence of mine.
